LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM: NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE CLASS OF 2026

Leadership York is excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 class of the Leadership Training Program (LTP)!
This dynamic, nine-month experience is designed to cultivate community-minded leaders who are ready to make a meaningful impact. LTP participants explore York County’s history, systems, and key community challenges while building critical leadership skills and discovering their unique leadership styles.

The program encourages collaboration, personal growth, and civic engagement—equipping participants to serve on boards, run for elected office, or take on appointed leadership roles. In addition to in-depth learning, LTP offers valuable networking opportunities and the potential for lasting partnerships and professional connections.

What’s the Benefit for Employers?
Supporting an employee’s participation in LTP is a strategic investment in leadership development. Participants gain a broader understanding of the community, sharpen their decision-making and communication skills, and return to their organizations more engaged, connected, and capable of leading teams and initiatives. Employers benefit from enhanced staff retention, increased visibility in the community, and a stronger bench of leaders ready to take on greater responsibility.
