Wagman Receives 2024 Rosie Award

Wagman, Inc. was honored by Health Rosetta with a prestigious Rosie Award on September 12, 2024. The awards were presented during RosettaFest 2024, held in Washington, D.C., September 11 – 13, 2024. The Rosie Award recognizes leading organizations’ commitment to maximizing the value of employee benefits and revolutionizing healthcare delivery through enhanced access to transparently priced, superior quality, cost-effective healthcare. The accolade celebrates Wagman for outstanding contributions and innovative leadership in this sector.

The winners were picked from 196 finalists and over 2,000 candidates who were nominated by benefits advisors, solution providers and clinical professionals in a competitive process. The criteria for the award included a high Plan GraderTM score, which is an independent assessment tool that evaluates health plan strategies that assist organizations in lowering costs and enhancing benefits over a 2 – 3 year period; effective use of the “Health Rosetta Dividend” where winners have eliminated a portion of the over $1 trillion in industry waste and reinvested those resources back into their organization/community; and a collaborative spirit and abundance mindset from plan sponsors who share their stories through peer mentoring, education and research efforts.
