York County Libraries Posts Call for Teen Art Submissions Open Until April 10  YORK, PA – York County Libraries (YCL) is posting a call for art for an upcoming Teen Art Exhibit, May 1-8, at the Martin Library in York. The juried show is open to teen artists, ages 12 – 18, who live in Adams or York County.
